Note on Problem 15: Pay attention to the scales on the two axes. Like on most graphs in the book, and on most you will encounter in real life, they are different.
Problem 48 was orginally listed here, but that was a mistake. It should have been Problem 46, which is now part of Homework 4.
Note: In all problems asking for an experimental design, you must include information about the treatment groups and the response variable. Also, be sure that one can tell from your description that your experiment has all the characteristics expected of experiments of the type asked for.
