The kitchen is the most important part of a home.  A house is not 
a house without a kitchen.  New appliances are expensive, but the house 
and the kitchen are worth it.  They will make the house pretty, and worth 
a lot.  Tops attract lots of attention, but are hard to find and to chose.  
Granite, and tile are most popular, because wood and marble stain, and 
plastics are ugly. Kitchens are very important, because they raise the 
price of the house by a lot, and customers will look at them the most. 
The kitchen is a very important factor in selling the house.
	I would not get a house without a bathroom.  Maybe the kitchen is 
the most important factor for most people, but the bathroom is the most 
important for me.  Bathrooms need lots of light.  Their windows have to be 
clear, but not see through.  And they need lots of light from lamps.  A 
good ventilation system is a good idea.  It helps keep out the mold and 
the smell!  Shower stalls and tubs are also part of a bath.  Personally, I 
prefer Jacuzzis.  The positioning of the baths is very important.  It 
depends on the house, but most commonly, one is in the master bedroom, one 
is in the childrens’ bedrooms, and one is by the family room and office.  
Without doubt this is a very important part of a home.
	This job is risky, but it is worth the results, the
fun and the money!
