Objectives

Create an easy to use and user-friendly site. We will produce $15 dollars of revenue by the end of the term.

 

 

For the email campaign we have a goal of 25% of those people clicking through to our site. An estimated 2% of these people will actually gamble and spend money.

Strategies/Tactics

- Product: We offer accurate information and reviews about the best online Casinos, specifically those that have Blackjack. Customers will appreciate our information because it will help them make an educated decision on which Casino to go to.

- Affiliates: Referback.com – Once registered with them all we need to do is log in and then we can select from the programs listed on the Join Programs section of the interface to find the programs within our interest. They have many casinos we can become affiliates with as well.

- Place: The majority of our customers are already scattered throughout the web, either already gambling and in search of a better place to do it or just looking to start out and find the right Casino to fit their needs. The majority of our customers are going to find us through search engines.

- Price: a) Since its gambling we pass on whatever prices the affiliates have. b) Referback.com offers up to a 35% commission. This is our biggest affiliate program at the moment, constantly in search of more however.

- Promotion: Our main tactical plan for marketing will be getting at the top of search engines so we are easily accessible. Getting the word out via e-mail lists is also a potential option.

- Metrics: Results will be measured on Referback.com, Netfirms.com and Hitbox.com. Referback.com has statistical records on their Online Stats page and Netfirms has a similar stats page. We will also have a feedback section of the website and of course the class contests are pretty good measurement devices.
