CENTER FOR HUMAN-COMPUTER COMMUNICATION
Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology
The Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology is pleased to announce
the formation of the Center for Human-Computer Communication, a
multidisciplinary research center dedicated to fostering intuitive,
powerful, and universal access to information. To achieve these goals,
CHCC is pursuing a comprehensive program of research, development, and
education emphasizing the use of natural modes of human-computer
communication (e.g., pen and voice), multimodal systems, intelligent agent
technology, and collaboration technology. Center projects are supported
by federal grants (ARPA, NSF, ONR), and corporate contracts/grants, and center
memberships.

DIRECTIONS TO CHCC:
>From Portland: Hwy 26 West, Exit at 185th St. Turn left at the end
of the exit ramp onto 185th. Continue until Walker Rd. Turn right.
Turn left when Walker ends at Amberglen Pkwy, then left again onto
Compton. At the 3rd driveway, turn left onto Gibbs. The CSE
building is the wooden one on the right.
