Re: Fwd: Re: diglib: Fwd: ECCO/MOML tape format



I spoke briefly with Travis and Duncan.  It is doubtful we could even could use the tapes in their present format.  I asked them for wording similar to Mark's suggestion.  I will be sure to include wording about copying the data to other formats.  As for access--all the existing terms we negotiate (right to print, download, restricted to UO authorized users, etc.) would be in effect and migrate along with the data.
