Thought you'd be interested in seeing how easy it is to provide streaming media links directly from a libweb page (look under "UO Today interviews"). As I understand it, these aren't the actual media files, but are small reference files that sit in the same directory as the html page & point out to the much larger media files on the server "kindling" that resides in the CC.

Thanks to Andy Kirkpatrick for sending the files & explaining how to do this.
