FYI, diglibbers:

Emily and I went to a session on LOCKSS at ALA.  We are beginning to see 
journal agreements and deals that mention LOCKSS friendly publishers.  The 
PSU project will be a step toward potentially helping to archive 
Kluwer/Springer journals that are part of a bigger Orbis-Cascade deal.
