Heritage Hall Rental Reservations and Agreement Form

 

Location
Heritage Hall is located on the second floor of the Bowerman Building at 1580 East 15th. It is an excellent meeting facility that overlooks Hayward Field from the second floor of the Bowerman Building located at 1580 East 15th. It may be used for a variety of meetings involving just a few people or up to 90.

Capacity
791 square feet with additional balcony space
100 people for standing reception style attendance
53 people for table/chair meeting

6 - 8 ft tables, 3 - 6 ft tables, 1 - 4 ft table,
50 chairs
Easel/Wipe off board
Screen for presentations
Lectern for speakers
Ethernet connection

Phone connection (must be activated 2 days before event, extra charge)

Catering
The University of Oregon requires that all catering be provided by University Housing Catering Services. Catering may be requested by calling 541-346-4303 or by email at catering@uoregon.edu

Alcohol
Permission to serve alcohol on the University premises must be granted by the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC). Contact University Housing at 541-346-4277 to secure permits. A copy must be provided to IISHP prior to the day of the event.

Fee Schedule
$15 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) -- UO events (Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm)

$25 per hour -- UO events (outside of office hours)
$35 per hour -- Non-UO events (all hours)

Fees include room set-up and use of the Institute's equipment. An invoice or journal voucher will be processed following the event.
