Heritage Hall Rental Agreement

To schedule Heritage Hall, please first call Roberta Thompson at 346-0931 and inquire if the room is available.

Heritage Hall is located on the second floor of the Bowerman Building at 1580 E. 15th, adjacent to Hayward Field.

After confirming with Roberta Thompson that Heritage Hall is available at the desired time, please fill out the form and signify the intent to fulfill the agreement by checking the box at the bottom of the form, which will be in lieu of a signatiure. *Fee Schedule: UO groups - $15/hr (minimum of 2 hrs) 8-5:00PM --$25 after hours
Community - $35/hr all hours

Billing details:

The group listed above has requested the use of Heritage Hall, located on the second floor of the Bowerman Building (1580 East l5th Avenue). To cover expenses for facility related services, the fee listed above will be charged no later than thirty (30) days following said event. The IISHP will process all required journal vouchers or submit invoice for payment. This amount represents an estimate of the charges and in no way relieves the organization from costs of damages, policing, or other expenses deemed necessary by the institute. This does not entitle the renter to operate concessions.

For those using Catering Service or serving alcohol:

The group agrees to:

1) Inform the institute of the serving of food at the event. Food must be catered by University Housing or a caterer approved by the Office of the Vice President for Administration. NOTE: A $25 service charge will be levied if clean-up is not performed in a timely manner or other arrangements are not made prior to the event.

2) Inform the institute of the serving of alcoholic beverages at the event. An OLCC permit must be obtained by the organization renting the facility, and a copy must be on file with this agreement.


The institute agrees to provide assistance to the group during the above-mentioned time.
