ORP Stakeholders Meeting 24 May 2004

The discussion focused around a number of documents:

  1. ORP Legislative Concepts
  2. Technical Fix A1+A2
  3. A window from PERS to ORP
  4. Option "A" for rate setting
  5. Option "B" for rate setting
  6. Option "C" for rate setting
It should be emphasized that these documents were drafts circulated for comments. They are not normative. The documents
  • Technical Fix A1+A2 and
  • A window from PERS to ORP will be submitted for consideration by the IFS at the meeting at SOU in June.
