To: For your UO Senate meeting tomorrow, the ORP rate discussions with DOJ
are not complete and may take "a few more weeks" to the best of our
knowledge. OUS is continuing to work on rate adjustments for Tier One
and Tier Two employees, and to request that the OPSRP (new) employees'
rate not be changed by PERS Board action until July 1, 2005, on schedule
with other, regular PERS rate updates. My apologies that what we thought
was a done deal requires yet more discussion. I'll keep you updated as
we make progress on this. Denise
