This file was transmitted as a microsoft word document from a PC to a MacIntosh
computer. As sometimes happens, errors were created when converting it
subsequently to a HTML document and posting it. Thus the file does not open
properly in all browsers on all machines. This problem is being worked on and a
resolution is hoped for presently. But for the moment, the file is unavailable
and any inconvenience is regretted.
