Professor Robert Haskett, Director of Undergraduate Studies in History

To declare your major or minor in history, you need to see Professor Haskett. He can help evaluate your university transcripts as well as transfer transcripts. Professor Haskett will assign you an academic advisor in the department based on your field of interest. He clears all history students for graduation.

Sharon Fipps , Undergraduate Coordinator

Sharon processes all undergraduate paperwork and maintains students' history major and minor files. She is the first point of contact with the Department of History. Sharon can help evaluate transcripts for degree clearance and give department information regarding classes and professors. Sharon can also assist with any questions.

History Peer Advising

Peer Advisors evaluate transcripts and assist with questions about careers, graduate school, law school, or university requirements. They are able to give insights about life here at UO along with shared interests.
