To qualify for HEP, the applicant must:

• be 16 years or older
  
  
• not have completed high school
  
  
• and have worked at least 75 days within the last two years inagriculture as a migrant or seasonal farm worker.

This includes any activity directly related to the production of crops, dairy products, poultry, livestock, cultivation or harvesting of trees, ranching, fishering cannery, nursery and forestry work. You may also qualify for HEP if your parent(s) meet the migrant work requirement described above.
