The Rainbow Project is a joint effort between Springfield/Eugene Habitat for Humaniy and the Energy Studies in Buildings Lab (ESBL) at the University of Oregon. Habitat for Humanity is providing the land, partner family, site supervisor, financing and volunteers. ESBL is providing the plans for a stressed skin panel home and technical support.
