Warning: download the PFW-32_Dist distribution ZIP file and extract and install using the Setup.exe program only the first time. For all subsequent updates, please download the PFW-32_Update-E ZIP file and extract all files to the Probe for EPMA application folder.
Probe for EPMA Enterprise Update (ZIP)
Special note for v. 8.11 and higher: If you are upgrading from a Probe version prior to 8.11 you will need to manually copy the files below to your Windows "System32" folder. This is usually the C:\Windows\System32 folder. These files are required to utilize the new secure TCP/IP protocols in v. 8.11 and higher for Probe for EPMA email and update downloads (and general TCP/IP support). The files are self-registering so all you need to do is copy them one time only to your System32 folder before running Probe for EPMA v. 8.11 or higher. Just right click the links below and click the Save Target As menu to save them to your local system.
If you are installing Probe for EPMA using the above XP or Vista distribution ZIP files, these new secure TCP/IP files will automatically be installed for you as part of the installation process and you will not need to manually copy them to your System32 folder.
