I am teaching 1st year Japanese and 5th year Spoken Japanese in 2008.

One of the most important things to me in teaching is making the effort to listen to what students are really saying. I try to create "true" dialogs with students. That is why I try to provide the conditions for students to speak so that they feel comfortable expressing themselves. Therefore, I place an importance on their learning process as well as their outcome.
