Next meeting of the DSI Advisory Committee is April 23, 2007 at 3:30PM in 360 Oregon Hall.

We congradulate Russ Meeuf on his award-winning Disability Studies research! Russ is the recipient of the 2006 Sarah Harkness Kirby Award for "John Wayne as 'Supercrip': Disability, Masculinity, and Demobilization in The Wings of Eagles" for Prof. Elizabeth Wheeler's ENG 615: Disability Studies Graduate Seminar.

The initiative is being coordinated through The Center For Excellence in Developmental Disabilities within the U of O College of Education by Deborah Olson, Ph.D and Heidi von Ravensberg, JD, MBA.
