Create a room (12' x 15' x 10' high minimum) for viewing your ceramic vase collection. The room should have openings for daylighting.

Create a typical display stand with a surface at least 2'-6" off the ground. You can use pieces in the Course Disk at different scales to build up the stand, the room or your collection of vases. (NOTE: The vases can be identical in shape and differ only in color).

Organize your model. Use layers for different materials. Group parts of the stand so they can be manipulated together. Make the stand into a symbol and place the stands around the room. (If you wish, you can add furnishings from the FormZ libraries. Be sure to save your symbol library.

Assign simple materials to the components by layer. (Avoid using textures unless you want to speed ahead to texture mapping.) Carefully adjust the colors to be harmonious.

Save the following views as Renderzone images (PICT or TIFF) and arrange them into a single image in Photoshop:

Adjust or embellish the images in Photoshop, if desired.

Save the composite image as "picture4.GIF" and post it on the Web.

For the ambitious:
Position lights to highlight the ceramics. Render the room at two different times during the day to show off the room's daylighting and electric lighting.
