CASL meeting minutes 4/5

Meeting time next week TBA.  

Recruitment:
Leda to look up classes we may be able to visit and announce to.
(Susan to supply flyers for that)
James to research ad in the Emerald
Bob- appeal to peoples’ higher senses of duty and interest when inviting them to join our project
Sarah- the real draw is the house, it’s kind of disappointing not having that; let’s make what we’re doing now really interesting
James- put on website, current coord duties are 2-5 hours a week.

PPP:

Demo at HOPES (April 15th saturday)
Demo at Earthday (April 20th Thursday)
Same demo for each:
PPP meeting very soon to test
	Hot pot with water (Susan)
	Toaster oven (Leda) cookie dough?
	Popcorn Popper  (Bob)  popcorn?
	Blender and ice ( Who will bring)
	Earmuffs J
Potential to sell some of these foods: cookies and smoothies etc b/c ingredients are expensive.  Ask HOPES people if this is appropriate (Susan)
Tea and popcorn, I think are cheap enough to just give out. 
After testing these devices we’ll want to buy some of them.
Other things we’ll want to have at our table?

Fabrication/Ordering  Very Very Slow.  
Sarah will talk with sculpture profs.
Boatbuilding technologies for shell?
Stumped.  

HOPES tour Thursday night the 13
	Sunday morning the 16 (Easter)
Susan coordinating this with EDC coord Jesse Jenkins, will get back to the casl-core very soon on what is needed
