Title: Topology in dimensions 3 and 4

Abstract: We define a notion of tensor product of 2-representations,
and the related structure of 2-Hopf algebra. This provides a way
to construct complicated algebras from elementary ones, reminiscent
of the construction of moduli spaces in geometry. We will discuss
the relation with invariants of 3 and 4-dimensional manifolds
(topological field theories).
