Guest

Share charts or databases to facilitate your managing references used in your study.

Group creates and shares a mini trial of an observation, interview, questionnaire or other data gathering experience. For example, videotape a five minute event and all do observation and share results. Next week audiotape or find a short printed interview and all share their recording and analysis, etc. Continue throughout term to create and share mini research experiences. The purpose of these exercises is to give you a controlled experience of a variety of strategies.Seeing how the same short selection may be treated differently by various group members is usually quite revealing. These experiences may save you from planning an impossible larger research project.
Literature Review: Revise, refine and write your plan for literature review. Iterative plan/try, plan/try.

Know Thyself: As you refine your approach to your study, check to see if it is still in alignment with your closely held beliefs and values.

Do another time check, are your actual use of time and your professed values in alignment (even under mid term pressure)?
