Sending Homeworks

In order to send in your completed homeworks (edited and annonated output file + one-page write-up of analyses) to your TA, the following steps are necessary:

  1. If you use SPSS on Mac/PC, do not send raw SPSS-for-PC/Mac output files. Instead, copy or trasnform the output into a word processor that allows you to save a file as RTF (rich-text-format). If you use Word and have had no problems sending your TA .doc files, you can do that. Don't send pdf files; they are difficult to edit and give feedback on. Make sure that your files are compactly edited, well-annotated, and respond to all the questions in the homework instructions.

  2. Name the completed file yourname_hw1.rtf or yourname_hw1.doc. The special name is important so that your TA knows who sent which homework.

  3. Write a few nice words to your TA and send the file as an attachment.
