Asian Studies Program Major Application Form

In order to apply for the major in Asian Studies, fill out this application and submit the following to the Asian Studies office in 175 PLC (346-5082):

1. A course plan outlining the courses you have taken and plan to take to complete your major. For assistance please consult with the Undergraduate Adviser - astuga@gladstone.uoregon.edu.

2. A copy of your most recent transcripts for advising purposes (an unofficial copy is permissible, not required for entering freshman).
