Registration Fees and Procedures

For planning purposes, registration options and conference fees are indicated below.  
Conference registration will begin in May 2005. 
Please check back for registration forms and procedures.

$185  Regular full registration (August 1-September 15, 2005)

$175  Early registration (received by August 1, 2005)

$145  Full Student registration (received by September 15, 2005)

$205  Late registration (September 15-October 6, 2005)

Option 1:   Full Conference Registration

Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions, and refreshments during breaks
  • Two conference buffet lunches
  • Conference dinner with string quartet performance
  • Opening reception at art museum
  • Friday evening "Artwalk" in downtown Eugene

Option 2:   Registration "a la carte"

$65  Access to all Friday sessions, and refreshments during breaks

$15  Friday buffet lunch

$65  Access to all Saturday sessions, and refreshments during breaks

$15  Saturday buffet lunch

$45  Conference dinner

Option 3:   Student Registration "a la carte"

Requires proof of current student status. University of Oregon Arts and Administration Program students will receive further details regarding participation and volunteer opportunities.

$35  Access to all Friday sessions, and refreshments during breaks

$15  Friday buffet lunch

$35  Access to all Saturday sessions, and refreshments during breaks

$15  Saturday buffet lunch

$45  Conference dinner
