New Theory Predicts Protein Dynamics
Students in the Guenza group developed an original theoretical approach to predict dynamical properties of proteins. The theoretical predictions are in quantitative agreement with the experimental data of NMR relaxation for the signal transduction protein CheY (data from W. A. Deutschman and F. W. Dahlquist).
