Other ResourcesAlthough the philosophies of good web-page design rarely change, the tools for creating pages seems to change daily. Browsers are updated routinely, frequently supporting new functions and new ways to support older functions. Designers attempting to keep up with accessibility issues need to have a range of resources to consult.
This list also indicates that this is not just a local issue. Access to the web for people with disabilities is being discussed in many quarters of web authorship.
