Health Center Dental Clinic. . . we're here for you!

• Currently enrolled University students can use the Dental Clinic during the regular school year. 
• You DO NOT have to enroll in the U.O. Health Insurance plan or even have a private insurance plan to use the Dental Clinic. 
• However, there are charges associated with dental services! 
• The Dental Clinic is located on the first floor of the Health Center building.
• Call 541-346-2039 weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. for appointment scheduling (closed 12 -1). Voice mail is available when we're temporarily away from the phone.  Leave us a message and we'll return it!

Access

To use the Dental Clinic, you must:

1. Be a registered student. 

To schedule a cleaning at the Dental Clinic, you must:

1. Be a registered student,  AND
2. Have had a dental exam with x-rays within the past 365 days. (UO dental exams are available during the academic year, September-June) 

If your qualifying exam was with a dentist OTHER THAN the U.O. Dental Clinic, you must have your dentist fill out our "Authorization for Treatment Form."  Get the authorization form on-line here or pick one up at the dental clinic.

All dental services are provided by licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
