Student Account Billing

Most services at the University Health Center are much less expensive than at a private health provider. Your student fees each term pay for much of the health center's overhead costs, but not for individual services. The fees we do charge for individual services and supplies can be paid for in a number of ways.

Students may pay for services with cash, by check, or by charging to their university account. We do not accept credit or debit cards and we cannot directly bill your insurance carrier for you, which keeps our costs to you at a minimum. When you bill to your university account, it is like any other university expense such as tuition, fees, or parking. You will receive statements directly from the university.

We cannot bill your insurance company directly, but will, upon request, provide you with an insurance billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company.

You can view your student account at anytime using DuckWeb. You will need your UO student ID number and your PAC code number or code phase.
