University Health Center Nurse Advice Line - Call 346-2770 / press "1"
The University Health Center provides a medical advice line for registered University of Oregon students which is available at all times when the Health Center is closed. If you are experiencing a problem when the Health Center is closed please call 346-2770 and press "1" to connect with the Nurse Advice Line. The advice nurses will help you to assess your problem and offer advice on how best to meet your health care needs. Depending on the nature of your problem the nurse may recommend emergency care, calling the Health Center for an appointment the next day, or trying self-care options.
Please be aware that:
- You are responsible for all charges for health care services received outside the University Health Center.
- Information pertaining to your call to the Nurse Advice Line will be included as a part of your confidential medical record.
Urgent Care & Emergency Care

- The Urgent Care Center is open until 11:00 PM daily for urgent medical care.
- NOTE: PeaceHealth Urgent Care Clinic will officially close at 10:00 pm on Sunday, September 14, 2008. This Urgent Care Clinic will move to their new location at RiverBend Pavilion.
- Sacred Heart Medical Center at University District Emergency Room 686-6931

- The Sacred Heart Medical Center at University District is located on the west side of campus at the corner of 13th Avenue and Hilyard Street.
- The Emergency Room is staffed 24/7 throughout the year to provide emergency care.

- The Urgent Care Clinic is open 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily for urgent outpatient medical care.
- NOTE: RiverBend Pavilion Urgent Care Clinic will officially open at 7:00 am on Monday, September 15, 2008.

- Weekday evenings 5 – 10 p.m.
- Weekends: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend Emergency Room
- McKenzie-Willamette Hospital 726-4444
- 1460 G Street, Springfield
- The McKenzie-Willamette Hospital Emergency Room is located at 1460 G Street in Springfield.
- The Emergency Room is staffed 24 hours per day throughout the year to provide emergency care.
The Health Center is NOT responsible for expenses incurred by an outside provider.
Sexual Assault Services

- Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (S.A.N.E.) Services: 346-2770
- During weekday clinic hours the University Health Center provides support, medical evaluation, and treatment for women and men who have been sexually assaulted. Our S.A.N.E. certified nurse practitioners can provide additional services to students including evidence collection for those who wish to report the assault to law enforcement.
- The Sacred Heart Hospital Emergency Room and the McKenzie-Willamette Hospital Emergency Room also provide sexual assault services with S.A.N.E. certified nurses.
Please access their services if you are in need at times when the Health Center is closed.
