Mission Statement

The U-Lindy Swing Dance Club is dedicated to the promotion and preservation of vernacular jazz dancing at the University of Oregon, Eugene, and surrounding communities. Our goal is to hold regular meetings that will consist of a swing dance lesson provided by qualified members of the group, followed by a social dance.

U-Lindy Swing Night: Begins Tuesday, March 13

Join the U-Lindy Swing Dance Club every Tuesday night in the EMU's Buzz Coffeehouse for Swing Night! There will be a beginning lesson at 8pm and dancing from 8:45-10:00pm and admission is FREE! We'd like to encourage everyone to buy a coffee or a pastry from the Buzz to help support our venue, but it's not required to attend. We hope you can join us.
