Our mission is to provide a stimulating, challenging, and effective professional education that instills a love of learning, a commitment to landscape stewardship and the ability to design beautiful landscapes that are socially sensitive and ecologically responsible. Working within a liberal arts university in the Pacific Northwest, our faculty and students seek to advance the theory and practice of landscape architecture through education, research, creative work and service.
