The Bondioli project was designed to implement restoration along Poodle Creek in the Long Tom Watershed. Heavy pasture use by livestock lead to the reduction of restoration plants. For this reason, new plantings have been done to recreate a restoration area. Since this area is considered to be an upland area, Ponderosa pine, Western Redcedar, and Douglas Fir were planted. Issues threatening these plantings include girdling from voles and high competition from prairie grass.
The Bondioli Site. Ponderosa Pine, one of the three species found on the Bondioli site, the other two are Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar.

Another plot- the trees are really there, I promise. Bondioli Data
